Classes and tasks in your browser, with sync after signing in. System reminders and the home-screen widget are available on Android.
We are preparing the iOS app. Use the web app on your iPhone or iPad in the meantime.

No. Choose “Continue as guest” on the sign-in screen. Guest data stays on that device. Signing in is required for sync across devices, cloud features and creating sharing codes.
If someone has created the schedule in PlanIt, ask for a code or link and import a copy in the app. Or create your own: set class times, breaks and the week cycle, then add subjects. You do not have to fill in every optional field at once.
On Android, your schedule is stored on the device and is available locally. Loading the web app, signing in, syncing and downloading cloud files require an internet connection. Whether a file is available offline depends on whether a copy is already on your device.
Yes, through the web app in your browser. The native app is currently published on Google Play for Android. We are preparing the iOS version, with no confirmed release date yet.
System class reminders and the home-screen widget are available in the Android app. Reminders require notification permission. The web app does not send system reminders or provide the Android widget.
No. The recipient saves a separate copy. After signing in, the author can create a code or link valid for 1, 3, 7 or 30 days. A new copy can be shared after changes. Tasks and cloud attachments are not included in the shared code.
You can attach photos, PDFs, other files and links to classes and tasks. Local files stay on the device; cloud storage requires signing in. Export to PDF, Word, Excel, CSV or text helps you print or edit a schedule. Attaching or exporting a file does not mean automatically recognizing or importing a schedule from a PDF or photo.
The demos are interactive examples. “Save” keeps changes only within the current demo. They do not transfer to the app and reset when you reload the page. You create your own schedule in the full web app.
Guest schedules are stored locally and can be lost if storage is cleared or the app is removed. After signing in, data is synced through Firebase. Technical services, advertising and analytics have separate data-processing terms. The documents section includes the privacy policy and account-deletion instructions.
